Job shadowing of SP4 teachers in Algerciras (Spain)
On June 5-8, 2023, a group of teachers from Racibórz four took part in job shadowing at the Instituto de Enseñanza Secundaria Kursaal in Spain (Algeciras). This trip is the second
mobility as part of the implementation of the Erasmus + project "Discover robotics via stem” with teachers from Poland, Turkey, Iceland, Ireland, Spain, Turkey and Portugal. SP4 teachers could participate in the reality of teachers' work in a Spanish school. They were interested in the specifics of working with children and young people, they got to know the teaching and assessment system in force in Spain and watched the work on STEM projects. They got to know examples of good practices, as well as they could share good ones practices used in Polish school. The participants of the trip watched lessons and practical exercises. In the course of mobility in the field learning and teaching all representatives of partner schools attended a lecture on broadly understood education at UCA University there, took part in dance workshops flamenco at the prestigious school E.D.F.O. Escuela de Danza in Algerciras and visited the Municipal Museum of Algeciras, which documents three periods in the history of the city: Algeciras Roman-Byzantine, city Andalusian and modern times.
