On May 8, 2024, a ceremonial meeting was held at the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union. Primary School No. 4 presented its Erasmus+ educational project "Discover Robotics via STEM."Our booth attracted many participants, including representatives of the authorities, teachers, parents, and students. The presentation of robotic projects garnered significant interest. During the event, there were robot demonstrations, discussions on the future of STEM education, and interactive workshops on programming and constructing robots.The event concluded with the awarding of diplomas and thanks to the students and teachers. It was an inspiring meeting that highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts in education.We sincerely thank everyone for their participation and support.
3.On October 25, 2024, the Erasmus Day took place at Primary School No. 4 in Racib贸rz as part of the "Discover Robotics via STEM" project. The event aimed not only to introduce students to the topics of robotics and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), but also to immerse them in the cultural diversity of the European countries involved in the Erasmus+ project.
The "Discover Robotics via STEM" project is being implemented in collaboration with schools from Poland, Spain, Portugal, Iceland, Ireland, Turkey, and Denmark. During Erasmus Day, students had the opportunity to explore these diverse educational and cultural traditions, and see how modern technologies like robotics can be used to address problems in different parts of the world. Thanks to this project, students are not only developing their technical skills but also opening themselves to different cultures, learning mutual respect and collaboration.
Thanks to initiatives like "Discover Robotics via STEM
" students have the chance not only to grow in the field of technology but also to gain a deeper understanding of international cooperation and the mutual influence of cultures in education.
